[0928] Senior Organisational Learning Advisor
The GCSB aims to provide an environment where learning and career planning are prioritised for our employees, our managers and our future leaders. We also know that to keep up with changing technologies and trends, we must be prepared and equipped to make changes and upskill our employees.
Leading a team of three Learning Advisors, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the framework for Organisational Development and Learning throughout the GCSB. This is a new role that includes setting GCSB-wide learning strategies and policies, planning for change to ensure capability, providing advice and support to managers and employees, overseeing training budgets and ensuring courses are documented and delivered effectively.
To be considered for this position you should have:
- A tertiary qualification in organisational development and training or human resources or significant equivalent experience.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the design, documentation, delivery and evaluation of courses.
- Experience in organisational development principles, policies and trends.
- Experience in workforce planning and succession planning principles and processes.
- Excellent time management.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills.
